The Dragonheim Online website is designed to grow alongside the game itself. Rather than building a static marketing page, we are treating the site as a persistent platform that bridges player identity, community, lore, and game services.
Phase one of the platform is now live: public pages for world lore, game systems, news, patch notes, roadmap, server status, and the support knowledge base are all accessible. Account registration and login are functional with cookie-backed sessions in the current demo environment.
Community infrastructure is in place. Players can register, sign in, post forum threads across categorized boards, apply to guilds, and raise support tickets. Staff have moderation tools for thread locking, pinning, ticket assignment, escalation, and SLA tracking.
The longer-term platform direction involves a full PostgreSQL persistence layer, real-time shard status telemetry, character profile integration from authoritative game services, and guild synchronization between the website and the game server. These are planned for post-launch phases, once the game client is stable and the community starts growing.
We will continue to communicate platform changes here in the dev blog. Patch notes for the website will follow the standard versioned format below.
